Central location, big size and cosy rooms. Warm welcome from host. Easy check-in. Loved views over the city and Tuscan hills and city sounds and atmosphere rising from ground level and exceptionally comfortable beds. Setting near the shops, restaurants, the cafes, the Tower and the railway station, the centre of Pisa and the train station less than a 20 minute walk away. Btw, located near many cafes.

I recently stayed at a fantastic penthouse in Pisa for a family holiday. The view from the rooftop terrace was indescribable - we could see the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the cathedral, and baptistry. The living areas were spacious and well-appointed, easily accommodating my family of five and our friends. Watching the sunrise while sipping coffee on the terrace was a highlight. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The apartment itself was beautiful, with modern amenities and a calming atmosphere. The apartment was absolutely stunning, with beautiful craftsmanship from the past and all the modern comforts. The high ceilings and thick walls kept the temperature cool, and my children had a blast exploring the different nooks and alcoves. The roof terrace was a definite highlight, offering breathtaking views over the city and Tuscan hills. The location in Borgo Stretto was perfect for exploring, with everything we needed right on our doorstep, including a local farmer selling delicious strawberries and cherries. Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the overall amazing experience. We will definitely be coming back! Wi-fi, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, air conditioning, flat-screen TV.

The location of the penthouse is ideal, right in the heart of the city with bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away. the lift to the penthouse makes it convenient with heavy luggage. the bedrooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and feature comfortable beds. the bathrooms are modern and the showers are impressive.
The lack of brochures or a book explaining local attractions and places to eat may have made it challenging for some guests to plan their activities.

Easter at this hotel was a disappointment. The rooms were cramped and not clean. The view from the terrace was the only highlight.
The rooms were tiny and dirty. The location was not as convenient as advertised.
